Electus Recruitment approached One Part Scissors to devise an advert to achieve two goals, for their two target markets. First, the recruitment agency needs to attract new talent, and secondly, new employers.

The advert we devised illustrates both sides of this coin, showing how the concept of being in a job that is the "right fit" for you is beneficial to both employee and employer.

The adverts have been extremely successful, and has evolved into a series - see below:
